Plain-Language Summary: ph75 collects the personal data needed to operate a licensed online casino platform for Filipino players — account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform security. We do not sell your data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. This Policy is your complete guide to how ph75 handles your information in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
1 Introduction
1.1 ph75 ("we," "us," "our") operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ph75.cam (the "Platform"). In the course of providing the Platform to Filipino players, ph75 collects and processes personal data. We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to handling all personal data with care, transparency, and in full compliance with applicable law.
1.2 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of the ph75 Platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing ph75.cam. It describes our practices with respect to the collection, use, storage, sharing, and deletion of personal data, and explains the rights available to you under Philippine law.
1.3 This Policy should be read alongside the ph75 Terms and Conditions, which govern your overall use of the Platform. By creating a ph75 account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1.4 If you have any questions about this Policy or about how ph75 handles your personal data, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the details set out in Section 16 of this Policy.
2 Definitions
In this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
- "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or is reasonably capable of identifying a natural person, directly or indirectly, whether alone or in combination with other information.
- "Sensitive Personal Information" has the meaning given in Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and includes government-issued identification numbers, health information, and financial account details.
- "Processing" refers to any operation performed on personal data, whether automated or manual, including collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion.
- "Data Subject" means the natural person whose personal data is being processed — in the context of ph75, this means you as a platform user.
- "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the regulatory body responsible for administering and enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- "DPO" means Data Protection Officer, the ph75 officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and the Data Privacy Act.
- "Cookie" means a small text file placed on your device by the ph75 Platform for the purposes described in Section 9 of this Policy.
3 Data Controller
3.1 ph75 acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected and processed through the ph75 Platform. As Data Controller, ph75 determines the purposes for which personal data is processed and the means by which it is processed.
3.2 Where ph75 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — for example, payment processors, identity verification providers, or cloud infrastructure providers — those providers act as Data Processors under written agreements that require them to process personal data only in accordance with ph75's documented instructions and in compliance with applicable data privacy law.
3.3 ph75 has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted using the details in Section 16. The DPO is responsible for overseeing ph75's data protection compliance, conducting data protection impact assessments where required, and handling data subject requests and complaints.

5 How We Collect Your Data
5.1 Directly from You. The majority of personal data ph75 holds is provided directly by you during account registration, KYC verification, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and promotional opt-in processes. You choose what information to provide, noting that certain information is required to use the Platform's full functionality.
5.2 Automatically Through Platform Use. When you access ph75.cam, our systems automatically collect technical and usage data, including your IP address, device identifiers, browser characteristics, and navigation behaviour through cookies and similar tracking technologies described in Section 9.
5.3 From Third Parties. ph75 may receive personal data about you from third-party sources in limited circumstances, including:
- Identity verification agencies that confirm the authenticity of your KYC documents;
- Payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others) that provide transaction confirmation data;
- Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering screening databases;
- Responsible gaming self-exclusion registers operated by relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.
5.4 ph75 does not purchase personal data from data brokers or marketing list providers.
6 How We Use Your Personal Data
6.1 ph75 processes your personal data only for the specific, legitimate purposes described below. We do not use personal data for purposes incompatible with those stated at the time of collection.
Account Administration
We use your registration and identity data to create and maintain your ph75 Account, authenticate your logins, and provide you access to the Platform's games and services. This processing is fundamental to the contractual relationship between ph75 and you as a registered player.
Payment Processing and Financial Management
We use your financial data and payment method details to process deposits, credit winnings, execute withdrawal requests, and maintain accurate transaction records. GCash and Maya transactions in particular require your registered mobile number to route funds correctly to your wallet.
Identity Verification and KYC Compliance
We process your identity documents and biographic data to verify your age (confirming you are at least 21 years of age), confirm your identity, and satisfy our obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming requirements.
Platform Security and Fraud Prevention
We use technical data, IP addresses, and behavioural patterns to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, account takeovers, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other security threats. This processing protects both ph75 and the integrity of our player community.
Regulatory Compliance
We are required by applicable Philippine law and gaming regulations to maintain detailed records of player activity, transaction history, and identity verification documentation. This processing is a legal obligation we cannot waive at individual player request.
Customer Support
We use your account data and communication history to provide effective customer support in English and Tagalog through live chat and email channels. Support interactions are recorded to maintain service quality and to provide accurate records in the event of a dispute.
Responsible Gaming Monitoring
We use your wagering behaviour, session data, and account activity patterns to identify indicators of potential problem gambling and to administer any responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, self-exclusion — that you have activated or that we have applied to your account in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
Marketing Communications
Where you have provided your consent, we use your contact details to send you promotional communications about ph75 bonuses, VIP program updates, new game launches, and seasonal offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time by adjusting your communication preferences in Account Settings or by contacting support.
Platform Improvement
We use aggregated and pseudonymised usage data to understand how players interact with the ph75 Platform, identify technical issues, and improve game library curation, user interface design, and feature development. This processing uses data in a form that does not identify individual players.
7 Legal Basis for Processing
7.1 ph75 processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between ph75 and you (account registration, payment processing, game access, withdrawal processing).
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with ph75's obligations under Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations, tax reporting requirements, and gaming regulatory mandates.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for ph75's legitimate business interests, including platform security, fraud detection, and system improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily in the context of marketing communications and optional analytics features. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Vital Interests / Responsible Gaming: In limited circumstances, processing to protect your vital interests or the interests of another person, including processing related to responsible gaming interventions where there is a demonstrated risk of gambling harm.
8 Sharing Your Personal Data
8.1 ph75 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the circumstances described below.
Service Providers (Data Processors)
We share data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. These providers are permitted to use your data only as instructed by ph75 and include: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, identity verification and KYC platform operators, payment processing partners (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), live dealer studio operators, fraud and anti-money laundering screening services, and customer support technology providers.
Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
ph75 discloses personal data to Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and judicial bodies where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Where permitted by law, ph75 will endeavour to notify you of such disclosure, but is not required to do so where notification would compromise an investigation or is otherwise prohibited.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
ph75 is required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160, as amended) and its implementing guidelines to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Such reporting may include personal data and transaction details without prior notification to the affected account holder.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring involving ph75, personal data held by ph75 may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. ph75 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected account holders before any such transfer, where feasible, and will ensure that the receiving entity is bound by privacy obligations at least equivalent to those in this Policy.
With Your Consent
ph75 may share your personal data with third parties not described above where you have provided specific, informed consent to such sharing.
9 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
9.1 ph75.cam uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and improve user experience. By using ph75.cam, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Section.
Types of Cookies ph75 Uses
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication tokens, login state cookies, security cookies, and cookies that enable your account balance and game state to persist during a session. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use the Platform.
- Functional Cookies: Allow the Platform to remember your preferences — for example, your preferred display language, notification settings, and game lobby filter selections. Disabling these cookies will not prevent Platform access but may require you to re-enter preferences each session.
- Analytical Cookies: Help ph75 understand how players navigate the Platform, which features are used most, and where technical errors occur. This data is used in aggregated, pseudonymised form for Platform improvement purposes.
- Security Cookies: Used to detect fraudulent activity, prevent account takeovers, and protect the Platform against automated attacks. These are treated as strictly necessary.
9.2 ph75 does not use advertising network cookies or allow third-party advertisers to place cookies on ph75.cam for the purpose of serving targeted advertisements to our players.
9.3 You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to use the Platform. For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.
10 Data Retention
10.1 ph75 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
10.2 The following general retention guidelines apply:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
- KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the last transaction on the account, or longer if required by a regulatory investigation or legal hold.
- Transaction and Wagering Records: Retained for five (5) years following each transaction, consistent with statutory record-keeping obligations.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless the matter is subject to ongoing dispute or legal proceedings.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the consent period plus two (2) years to demonstrate compliance in the event of a complaint.
- Technical and Usage Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for operational and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
10.3 When personal data is no longer required and no legal retention obligation applies, ph75 securely destroys or anonymises it in a manner that prevents reconstruction.
11 Data Security
11.1 ph75 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and ph75.cam;
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, including payment details and KYC documents;
- Hashed and salted password storage — ph75 never stores passwords in plain text;
- Two-factor authentication availability for all account holders;
- Role-based access controls ensuring ph75 staff access only the personal data necessary for their specific job function;
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure;
- Continuous monitoring for suspicious access patterns and potential data breaches;
- Formal data breach response procedures, including NPC notification protocols.
11.2 Despite these measures, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. ph75 cannot warrant that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You are responsible for keeping your ph75 account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and for notifying ph75 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspicious activity on your account.
11.3 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, ph75 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected data subjects as required by the NPC's breach notification guidelines.
12 Children's Privacy
Age Requirement Reminder: The ph75 Platform is exclusively for persons aged 21 years and above. ph75 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register for or use the ph75 Platform.
12.1 ph75 does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification through government-issued identity documentation is required as part of the KYC process before withdrawals are permitted.
12.2 If ph75 discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, ph75 will immediately close the relevant account, refund any deposits to the originating payment source, void any associated wagers and winnings, and securely delete the personal data in accordance with this Policy.
12.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered for or used the ph75 Platform, please contact ph75 immediately at [email protected]. ph75 treats such reports as urgent and will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
13 Your Data Privacy Rights
13.1 Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by ph75. These rights may be exercised by contacting ph75's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 16.
Your Data Privacy Rights at ph75
As a data subject under Philippine law, you have these rights over your personal data held by ph75. Exercise any of them by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data ph75 holds about you, along with information about the purposes for which it is processed, the categories of data held, and any third parties with whom it has been shared. ph75 will respond to access requests within 30 calendar days. A reasonable administrative fee may apply for repetitive or manifestly unfounded requests.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data ph75 holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request its correction. For most account data — such as your registered address or email — you can update this directly in your Account Settings. For identity data that has been KYC-verified, corrections require submission of supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent, or where processing is unlawful. Note that ph75 is required by law to retain certain data — particularly KYC and transaction records — for five years following account closure. Erasure requests that conflict with these legal obligations cannot be fully fulfilled, but we will delete all data not subject to a retention obligation.
Right to Restriction
You have the right to request that ph75 restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data you have contested is being verified, or where you have objected to processing and ph75 is assessing whether its legitimate interests override your objection. During a restriction period, ph75 may store your data but will not actively process it beyond storage.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to ph75 in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This right primarily covers your account profile data and betting history. You may also request that this data be transmitted directly to another platform where technically feasible.
Right to Object and Withdraw Consent
Where ph75 processes your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests or your consent, you have the right to object to or withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications is straightforward — simply update your preferences in Account Settings or contact support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received by ph75.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe ph75 has processed your personal data unlawfully or in violation of your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. ph75 encourages you to contact our DPO first to attempt resolution, but this does not affect your right to approach the NPC directly at any time.
Right to be Indemnified
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised use of your personal data by ph75. This right is in addition to, and does not replace, any other legal remedy available to you under Philippine law.
14 Cross-Border Data Transfers
14.1 ph75 operates in a global technology environment, and some of the third-party service providers we use — including cloud infrastructure, live dealer studio operators, and identity verification providers — may be based outside the Philippines or may process data on infrastructure located outside the Philippines.
14.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, ph75 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in a manner consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards include contractual data transfer agreements that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to those applicable in the Philippines, or reliance on the recipient's adherence to an internationally recognised data protection framework.
14.3 ph75 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing compensating safeguards as described in Section 14.2.
15 Changes to This Privacy Policy
15.1 ph75 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or platform features. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this Policy is updated each time a revision is made.
15.2 Material changes to this Policy — changes that significantly affect your rights or the way ph75 processes your personal data — will be communicated to registered account holders via the Platform notification system or at their registered email address, with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice before the changes take effect.
15.3 Minor changes — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not alter your substantive rights — may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the ph75 Platform following any update to this Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
15.4 The most current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at ph75.cam/privacy-policy.
16 Contact and Data Protection Officer
16.1 ph75 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
